How did you get off your butt today V.3

Forgot to set up the alarm. Nobody noticed as everyone is on holidays so I was quite late to work this morning.
Very late actually.
Can't say you forgot to set you alarm at work. ;)
 
I almost didn't. Went to sleep too late, woke up too soon. Sleepy all day long.
 
^ Not bad.

I'm having a hard time to wake up and work during this week. It only seems to be calm but it takes me off bed.
 
yesterday 55 min weight lifting class
today 75 min interval class
Sat leading a 5.4 mile trail run
Sun morning hiked the dog 3 miles and running a 6 mile trail in the afternoon
Monday noon time 45 min spin class


I love xmas break. My idea of vacation always includes fitness that is not compressed into the day but the day is bullt around it

I dunno, she was pretty crazy. handed me an infraction for a post in this very thread once... because I was posting about what I was -going to do- instead of what I had already done. she took off topic pretty serious.
 
Alright, thanks. I was more literal. Should have mentioned Nicotine and Seroquel at 3 am although it didn't help me to get of my butt.

By trying to sleep better I only made things worse.
 
^I thought u hated Seroquel? I am scared of it, but I sure like being able to sleep on a normal schedule.
 
I do!! It makes me extremely sleepy during the day.
It's probably why I have problems to wake up.

I only use 50 mg when I really need to sleep, specially when I have work to do.
 
Oh, ok... i got down to 50 for a long time, but lately i'm stuck at 150 and i'm still havin a hard time stayin asleep! And I've gone vegan since mylast cholesterol test which was 132 LDL. Soon I will test it again, hope the no cheese lifestyle pays off ;)

I had to change my eating habits too. No meat, no fat, no sugar neither lactose. But Seroquel can make you very hungry.
I gained few pounds with it.
 
Be careful Erikmen I remember seroquel nearly giving me diabetes, that drug had me as sedated during the day as methadone, I called them Forrest Gump pills because I felt like him when I was on them and people said I talked like him while on seroquel....
But I also gained 75lbs of straight blubber in about 3 months with not much difference in diet, it really can screw up your whole metabolic rhythm.

Coffee and lifting/cardio for 45mins
