I do!! It makes me extremely sleepy during the day.
It's probably why I have problems to wake up.
I only use 50 mg when I really need to sleep, specially when I have work to do.
Oh, ok... i got down to 50 for a long time, but lately i'm stuck at 150 and i'm still havin a hard time stayin asleep! And I've gone vegan since mylast cholesterol test which was 132 LDL. Soon I will test it again, hope the no cheese lifestyle pays off
