Going back to the gym tomorrow. August isn't usually the best month for my lifting but 3 weeks off is just ridiculous. Hopefully no extraneous bullshit comes up.

Stay focused! I regret falling off the band wagon sometimes with consistency. Sometimes it isn't bad to take a week or two off. The body can really benefit from prolonged recovery periods hence why its effective to utilize deloading periods for the sake of giving your connective tissue time off and keep the body guessing.

Today is first day for classes! Time to bombard my anatomy and physiology professor with my absurd questions that usually gets spewed across this section.

I've had a gastro bug for the past week which I'm still recovering from. Scuppered my gym routine but lost 1.5% fat so I guess I shouldn't complain lol.

My last bout with the flu I used to Kickstart my cut lmao. Was barely eating 800 calories a day, have no idea how much I actually kept in me through digestion because my ass was essentially Niagara Falls.

I should correct myself. It was more like the eruption of Mt saint Helen because it felt like boiling water was coming out of my ass... I cried like a bitch on the toilet... Probably the worst I've felt in five to ten years... Heroin withdrawal didn't even give me the shits as badly.

I'm not sure if drinking heavily for 2 weeks counts as a deload but I finally got my sorry ass back to the gym lol. Went just as good if not better than expected.

I got a question for GymReefer since he's into this sort of shit... What is it about vitamin e that's good for your liver? My doctor told me to start taking 800 IUs of it (which I have been) when they found out I have fatty liver.

The reason he recommended Vit E at 800iu is because it's been studied (along with Vit C) and shown to help (modestly) in NAFLD. Other anti-oxidants like taurine, TUDCA, ALA etc are likely to be just as (or more) effective. They just haven't been studied as much.

However the most helpful things you could do is to stop drinking alcohol and get onto a lot of cardio mate...

I love taurine after the post about reducing shut down. Seriously returned my testes to 85% size while blasting loads of tren.... Just 2 small scoops a day in a drink and it's dirt cheap. No clen cramps either and having those awkward lat cramps when wiping my ass or prostate cramps when having a powerful orgasm, those were the worst.

Sorry, the hint was in the anti-oxidant mention... NAFLD is presumed to mostly be about oxidative stress and inflammation resulting from that. Thus scientists reason that various anti-oxidants might prevent the NAFLD/steatosis (fat accumulation).
