yo carl i feel you man. I remember going through w/ds at my old job and just sitting in the sun whenever I could because that was the only thing that felt good. Did bags at work a couple times but usually it was at lunch where i would go smoke a blunt too. Then id come back and just chill mostly because id try to get as much done before lunch.

My friend who died lived right on the way home from the place so I would just scoop him and we'd keep going. Its crazy to think how
long ago that was, and Ive been on and off since then, never lasted more than 3 months. Last time I did any opiate was 2 weeks ago, found a bag in my car. Transformers was a decent movie you could say, given my low tolerance
 
Wake up---make coffee----use the bathroom----prep my shot, pour my cup o' joe, BLAST OFF!!! Light cig, and sip my coffee....the day officially begins @ 7am...usually...
 
The pigs were out today, I was followed by an unmarked charger today for an uncomfortably long time. On almost every street I went on today there was a cop going down the street multiple cops stared at me cus they knew why a white 19 year old was there It was kinda sketchin me out and I just wanted to get the fuck out of there. Anyway while I was waiting dboy pulled up next to my car and gave me his number and 4 samples to try which was awesome itsalmost like Christmas when that happens.

I would always wait until I got to work. I'm always at the job site (I work construction and can be on a different site every day of the week sometimes) at least an hour early, so I'd get up, got dressed and make a lunch, got on the road and stop for coffee about 15 minutes from whatever site I'm on that day, and then once I'd get to the job I'd do a bag and smoke my first cig of the morning while drinking my coffee. It was such a great routine. But I've been clean now for almost 4 months. The only thing I miss is the feeling of that early morning routine. It was almost ceremonial.
 
I used to be way too stomach sick every morning to take caffeine before using. The days that I'd have to be at work early (since my schedule changes every week), I would make sure I still had bags for work. On those days the first shot would probably be within the first 10-15 minutes after I got out of bed. Stroll on over to "the workstation", prep the shot, and then well y'all know after that.

Also, I never really liked starting my day with caffeine. Seems like it would make me dependent on needing it to feel awake
 
Yeah my metabolism is really fast, so if I take a shot at night, I'm already feeling like shit by the time I wake up. Sometimes I'll hold out as long as I can, getting as sick as I can handle, before taking my first shot.. because the longer you wait, the better it feels. But for the most part, the first thing I do before I even brush my teeth and get dressed, is do my shot.
 
When I was using heavy I would have a shot prepped which I would do every morning as soon as I rolled out of bed, always on the toilet to insure the clean passage of my bowels. Not that any of you's needed to know all that but there it is....... I have been clean of dope and all opiates for over a month. I am using MJ to curb my cravings. I hope they pass the the medical marijuana here in Florida. This state sucks because a large portion of the urban population are liberal but the rural areas and rich winter birds are very conservative. I would love to get some good strains legally to help with addiction related issues. It helps pass time and improve sleep and apatite.
 
^ I'm glad to see you have been clean for a while man that's great.
I always did my dope right before I left my house in the morning for work.

just wait till they box you in someday with guns at your head so fast before you can even think WTF!! If you made one car there were more there you didn't even notice. I'd take the one you made as a warning cause when the car in front of you slams on his brakes his buddies will be at your door before you even stop your car.I learned the hard way that the guy in front of you deserves as much attention as the one that's following you.

I tried to get in an inpatient place before going to this sub doctor because I was struggling so much. My insurance didn't cover anything at the places around here because "it's not life-threatening".
 
That's how insurance works. They don't wanna pay for opiate withdrawal, and if they do, it's like under a week. You have to tell them you are an alcoholic or addicted to benzos as well. Little trick is to take a couple swigs of booze before you go to detox, so when they Breathalyzer you, it comes up, and then claiming you're an alcoholic because how dangerous that detox can be and how it is just way more socially acceptable in general, they'll pay for everything and for long stays. So in the meantime, you'll be getting treated for what you really need which is opiate detox, plus you'll get an added benzo to make you feel even better from the librium, and get to stay way longer.
